Informational service
calculatormortgage.com is not a lender or mortgage broker and does not make loans. Calculator results, example rates, local assumptions and educational content are informational estimates, not financial, legal or tax advice, loan offers, approvals or commitments. Verify taxes, insurance, fees and market data independently.
Quote requests and communications
Submitting a request does not guarantee a response, approval, a particular rate or availability of a loan. With your explicit consent, your request is shared with Mortgage Leads Co and its lender/broker partners. These third parties independently evaluate eligibility and set terms. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of any purchase.
Responsible use
Provide accurate information and submit only your own request or one you are authorized to make. Do not use the service to impersonate others, submit spam, interfere with security or attempt unauthorized access. You must be an adult able to enter into an agreement to request a quote.
Limitations and third parties
The service is provided as available, without promises of uninterrupted operation or error-free estimates. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on estimates or independent third-party products and communications. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
