We also record the submission time, IP address, browser information, the page where you started, and campaign parameters. Payment calculators can be used without requesting a quote.

How information is used and shared

calculatormortgage.com is not a lender or mortgage broker and does not make loans. We use your information to save and process your request, improve our service, and document consent. Leads are shared with Mortgage Leads Co and its mortgage lender and broker partners, who may use the information to contact you about financing and marketing as described in the consent you accept. This sharing may involve compensation and may constitute a sale or sharing under applicable state privacy laws. We do not promise that information is never sold.

Service providers may process information to support hosting, storage and communications. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and prevent abuse.

Your choices and privacy rights

You can choose not to submit a quote request. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to marketing texts to opt out, use email unsubscribe links when available, or contact chad@kluiq.com to request that calculatormortgage.com stop contacting you. You may also need to contact a lender or broker directly about its communications.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to opt out of sale or sharing. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and will not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

Storage, retention and security

We keep information as needed to handle requests, maintain consent records, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is guaranteed secure. Browser storage preserves first-visit campaign attribution and temporary calculator confirmation information. Clearing browser storage removes those local values.

Children, third parties and changes

This service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. External lender and broker websites have their own policies.
